We just released a new exciting feature: the hashtag filter... Like on Twitter, the idea is to improve the classification and give you the ability to group geolocated videos on Kinomap according to keywords.
We made it very simple: just add keywords preceded by the hash symbol (#) in the description of your videos and then access a filtered version of the website directly with this a special url.

Here is what you can see directly from your iPhone now when watching a geolocated Kinomap video, thanks to HTML5 mode:

Imagine you shot a fantastic bike ride. Then you sent it on Kinomap and added points of interest... You probably now want to share it with your friends or other sports enthusiasts... We just activated a beta version of a PDF export or all the tracks created on Kinomap so that you can keep it with you on the go. You just need to create an account(it's free!) and then click on the PDF icon (see screenshot below).
HTML5 is a major revision of the HTML standard. Web developers can use new syntactical features and avoid to use plugins like Adobe Flash. The video industry on the internet is moving to this new technology... So does Kinomap!
A new option has been added to the iPhone application Kinomap Maker. As soon as you purchased it (4.99€), you'll be able to see and record the G Force given by the iPhone accelerometer sensor. In fact, it's not one G-Force but 3 values: X, Y and Z, corresponding to the 3 dimensions of space.
A highly expected feature is now available on Kinomap: the ability to embed a fully functionnal Kinomap player (video+map) on any website. The principle is similar to what Youtube, Dailymotion or Vimeo does. You can setup everything: size, layout, units, language, etc...
E-coasters has been the first to use it for a Roller Coaster video on their website:
